Lenmarie ‘Len’ Pascall is a passionate advocate for prayer, soul care, women in leadership, juvenile justice, and mentoring youth. Holding a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary and currently pursuing her Doctor of Ministry at Fuller Theological Seminary, Lenmarie seamlessly blends academic expertise with practical dedication.
With over a decade of service in the Church of the Nazarene, Lenmarie has fulfilled various roles, including youth and associate pastor, advisory board member, and district youth leader. Extending her commitment beyond the church, she has actively contributed to organizations such as Lead NYC, Youth for Christ, and Sheltering Arms, aligning with her mission of fostering love and seeking God’s shalom in diverse cities.
As the Director of Coaching at Urban Youth Workers Institute, Lenmarie leads coaching initiatives for urban youth workers. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in family, friends, and traveling. Lenmarie also embraces cultural experiences such as shows, parks, and museums, infusing vibrancy into her life. She is a passionate woman, marked by deep faith, a spirit of service, and a steadfast commitment to shaping the leaders of tomorrow.
