Whether you’re a clergy member or a lay leader, you play a vital role in shaping the lives of those who participate in your congregation. You’ve likely already witnessed the transformative power of faith and community, but have you considered how to harness this potential even more effectively?

In this workshop, you’ll discover:

  • The Three Pillars of Human Development: Learn how trail markers, congregational activities, and life arenas intertwine to foster spiritual growth and personal transformation.
  • Practical Strategies: Gain actionable insights on how to apply these concepts to your specific congregation, creating more in transformative experiences for the lives of those who participate in your congregation.
  • A Blueprint for the Future: Develop a prototype for a formative power initiative tailored to your congregation’s unique needs and goals.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll be equipped to:

  • Inspire Deeper Meaning-Making: Encourage your congregation to explore their faith more deeply and connect it to their daily lives.
  • Foster Personal Growth: Create opportunities for individuals to develop their spiritual, emotional, and intellectual capacities.
  • Choosing Transformation: Empower your congregation to be a community where individuals grow into their best selves through immersive experiences—rather than programs or concentration on recruiting volunteers for the running of the congregation.

Join us to unlock the full potential of your congregation and create a lasting impact on the lives of your members.
