This workshop will equip you with the tools to inspire and mobilize your congregation to take meaningful action against substance use disorder. Learn how motivational interviewing can help guide both individuals and congregations toward compassionate action. We’ll also explore practical ways to address the root causes of substance use, such as poverty and social isolation. By attending, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to lead with compassion and empower your congregation to make a tangible difference in the lives of those affected by substance use and their families.
