In today’s world, many congregations struggle to sustain meaningful connection and care amid change, isolation, and cultural divides. The antidote to many of the obstacles faced in today’s world is a reclamation of a core calling to love God and neighbor through authentic relationships, shared purpose and compassionate presence. It’s a renewed vision for congregational care. By fostering empathy, trust, and spiritual grounding, congregations become spaces of healing, hope, and genuine community reflecting God’s love in action.
This workshop will provide congregational leadership with the practical tools they will need to create a care ministry that will nurture and support every person so that each one feels valued and connected. You will explore how compassion, belonging and spiritual vitality can transform congregational life.
