Inmigración esta cambiando en USA y muchas personas tienen dudas al respecto. Para ayudar a los lideres de las congregaciones a apoyar a los miembros hispanos de su comunidad, este taller cubrirá los siguientes temas:
- La historia de la imigracion de la comunidad Hispana antes del actual gobierno.
- Como está funcionando la inmigración para la comunidad hispana ahora en el nuevo gobierno.
- ¿Qué es lo que pide el nuevo gobierno?
- Ejemplos de casos actuales o recientes.
- Que es lo mejor que los pastores hispanos y las iglesias hispanas pueden hacer ahora mismo para apoyar a sus congregaciones?
Immigration is changing in America, and many people are uncertain. To assist congregational leaders in supporting Hispanic members of their community, this workshop will cover:
- The history of immigration for the Hispanic community prior to the current government.
- How immigration is working for the Hispanic community now in the new government.
- What is the current government requesting?
- Examples of current or recent cases.
- What the best thing(s) Hispanic pastors and Hispanic churches can do right now to support their congregations.
About the instructorAngela tiene una amplia y completa experiencia en inmigración familiar y laboral. Angela ha ejercido su profesión desde 2004, tanto en la practica privada como abogada interna en la Universidad de Indiana, y ha utilizado su experiencia en derecho migratorio para ayudar a los clientes a desenvolverse en el complejo y confuso mundo de inmigración. Es propietaria y abogada gerente de Adams Immigration Law LLC, ubicado en la ciudad de Carmel, IN.
Angela’s experience with both family and employment-based immigration is extensive and well-rounded. Having practiced since 2004, both in private practice and in-house counsel at Indiana University, Angela has used her expertise in immigration law to help clients navigate the complex and often confusing world of immigration. She is the owner and managing attorney at Adams Immigration Law LLC located in Carmel, Indiana.
