Congregations gather every week, hoping to make a difference in the world, and in their own community. But without a plan for translating that hope into everyday actions, it can be hard to achieve that goal – to go beyond sermons, and create a plan for the future.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:

  • Make a programming map to identify what your congregation is designed to do
  • Follow the testimonies of your congregation to identify where change is taking place
  • Be intentionally curious through workplace visits, mentoring and identifying themes

Over the course of the workshop, you will:

  • Create your own framework for intentionally forming your congregation into a community where people say “yes” to God’s invitation
  • Evaluate your own congregation to understand how it has changed and what the community’s values are
  • Plan how to prioritize formative work on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Leave with a clear and immediately implementable set of steps to start your intentional formation journey
