Sitting on the sidelines and waiting is no longer an option for congregations. Not only do they need to be active when young adults darken their doors, but they need to be preparing for that moment in between populations of young adults. And those churches that have been successful with young adults in the past often need some practice on reflecting why they have been and what needs to be done to maintain intergenerationality.
