About the instructor
Justin Romine is the Senior Vice President of Strategy at HR Ministry Solutions and has spent over 20 years as a pastor, consultant, and executive in the corporate ranks serving Fortune 100 companies. He is passionate about providing solutions that inspire church health and coaching people towards their heart and God given purpose. He holds both a Masters and Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University and has contributed his writings to a variety of publications.
