A servant leader, Thresette holds professional certifications as a Society for Human Resource Management-Senior Certified Professional, John Maxwell Team Speaker, Trainer, Coach & Facilitator, and Development Dimensions International (DDI) Facilitator. She serves in multiple leadership roles including the National Association of Women Business Officers National Board. She received her BBA from Wichita State University and her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
