Community needs can sometimes feel overwhelming. Your congregation wants to help, but may be discouraged from tackling the biggest challenges because you feel alone, and your assets seem meager in comparison to the task. Author, futurist and missional leadership strategist Dave Rahn wants to encourage you to believe you can make a real difference through collaboration.
This live online workshop harvests Rahn’s extensive experience to explore best practices in collaboration strategies. He will offer you a pathway to become catalytic contributors on behalf of your community. You will be drawn into God’s vision for hope, healing and unity. Communities change when everyone works together.
In this live online workshop, you will:
- identify three pressure tests crucial to fruitful collaboration.
- apply the “murmuration” pattern of starlings (birds) as guiding principles that choreograph work together in the community.
- recognize next step strategies that can expand the impact of your congregation’s contributions.
Workshop leader Dave Rahn holds a B.A. from Huntington College, an M.A. from Wheaton College and a Ph.D. from Purdue University. Rahn has published more than 100 articles, essays and books and is also a founding member of the Association of Youth Ministry Educators.
