Over the past two years, all of us have experienced profound changes in our lives and communities of faith. This pivotal moment requires us lead in ways we could not have imagined. However, too often our models of leadership and the methods by which we build and mobilize community conspire to drain the very life out of our leaders and the communities they serve. The times call us to either return to what we know or pursue alternative ways to lead.
In this 90 minute webinar, participants will experience another way to lead in a post-pandemic era. In small and large group opportunities for reflection and engagement, they will explore a CARE-infused framework for leading faithfully in times of uncertainty. Join us and explore another way to lead.
