How do congregational leaders and congregations effectively execute God’s vision? It is a question that has piqued the curiosity of congregations for decades.
Governance within a congregation is a necessity for a healthy organizational model, but when does governance become restrictive to fulfilling the vision and mission of the congregation?
This workshop will focus on effective governance modeling in a congregation and will explore the nuances of balancing the practical with the spiritual. Ultimately, how can pastor and people become destiny partners?
This workshop will apply the most to Christian congregations.
