Congregational leaders in the Hispanic church face pressure on many fronts, causing them to be overwhelmed, burned out, depleted of resources. This is often because of the lack of training and educational opportunities available to Hispanic pastors and leaders. Solid training and ongoing, lifelong education can equip Hispanic pastors and leaders to deliver strong sermons and be strategic and pastoral leaders.
The purpose of this workshop is to encourage Hispanic church leaders to pursue education and training because they are important and valuable activities, that strengthen not only themselves, but their entire congregation and community. Presenter Daniel Rodas will offer practical tools that will benefit you theologically, spiritually, and personally.
