Compelling, practical, and eye-opening, A Rest That Works events, hosted by instructor Brenda Jank, breathe life into clergy and congregations coast to coast and worldwide.
Learning Objectives
Congregational leaders will:
• Understand the power, practice, and brain science of Restorative Wellness – grounded in Psalm 23
• Recognize and redefine the impact of cortisol overload
• Gain clarity on the impact of Change Theory and how new social norms lead to transformation and lasting cultural change for God’s best work in us and through us
• Leave with a strategic plan for restorative practices that are fun, empowering, and bring out the best in us and those we love, lead, and serve
This workshop will be offered twice to offer the most scheduling flexibility for attendees. Attendees do not need to attend both sessions.
