Doug is the director of the Southeast Center for Congregations in Seymour, Indiana. To his work at the Center, Doug brings a strong background of lay ministry and strategic planning coaching and consulting. In recent years he became a minister in the Church of the Nazarene.

Doug has a B.A. in Business Administration and a Master’s of Ministry from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing music, and the great outdoor chores and recreation associated with his family’s fourth generation farm. Doug lives in rural Jackson County near Kurtz with his wife, Trina, and their two children, Abby and Emmitt.
