Combining Efforts: How Two Churches Serve Youth in Brownstown

Thursday, February 25, 2010 in Brownstown

The Youth Departments of Brownstown’s Christian Church and Church of the Nazarene have collaborated in ministering to junior high and senior high teens of the community.  Youth Pastors Rob Johnson (of the Christian church) and Andy Inskeep (of the Nazarene church) share their stories of working together on a joint ministry project and how the Fifth Quarter youth ministry
program has impacted congregational life, school community and youth groups.

Combining Efforts is 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday, February 25, 2010 at Brownstown Church of the Nazarene, 616 W. Commerce St., Brownstown (Jackson County). The cost is $15 a person (or $10 a person for congregational teams of three or more). The fee includes lunch and a copy of the book Presence-Centered Youth Ministry by Mike King.

Events are limited to Indiana congregations.
